The Thalassaki Holiday Village is a Mediterranean traditional style complex of apartments located 1 km from the resort center of Ayia Napa with, offering a large choice of shops, restaurants, bars and night life. The local bus stop is located 200 m. from the hotel. 300 m. from the complex there is a rocky beach and 2 km. away is Nissi Beach providing water sports.

The property features reception, lounge with TV, games area, children´s playground, mini shop, internet corner, conference facilities (up to 200 people), restaurants and a cocktail bar. The leisure and sports facilities include outdoor pool, children´s pool, indoor pool (heated during the winter), tennis court, volley ball, fitness room, Jacuzzi, sauna and massage. In addition, the complex offers pool activities, animation program throughout the day, occasional folkloric shows and special theme buffet nights.
