Facilities and services include an elevator, bar, restaurant, gym, water park, wireless Internet access, laundry facilities (extra charge), parking (extra charge), shuttle services (extra charge), safe (extra charge), and 24-hour reception.

Suites feature a TV, telephone, bathroom, wireless Internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony/terrace, fridge, and safe.

Superior suites also feature separated living rooms.

Indemnity deposit is to be paid locally upon arrival (30 EUR per person). The deposit will be refunded accordingly at the end of the stay.

Summertime the hotel (and the area) is mainly occupied by young guests looking for entertainment and nightlife. Concerts every Tuesday and Thursday.

In case of choosing the option of "all-inclusive": The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water, and alcoholic drinks, all of local brands. Drinks are served from morning until evening (approx 11 am to 8 pm). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels, the activities program is also included.
